A UNIT of one of the country’s top property developer launched on Saturday the second tower of a residential condominium development at the Asiatown IT Park.
Avida Land Corp. launched Tower 2 of Avida Towers Riala, a 21,246-square-meter residential development in Asiatown IT Park in Lahug, Cebu City.
Avida Towers Riala project officer Carlo Aldaba described the project as a portal to the IT Park, a strong commercial and business district in Cebu.
Over 6,000 employees from the 18 buildings located inside Cebu I.T. Park participated in the first park-wide evacuation drill last June 7 2012.
AYALA Land Inc. (ALI) and affiliate Cebu Property Ventures Development Corp. (CPVDC) have earmarked P4 billion for the five-tower condominium development spread in the next four to five years at the Cebu IT Park.
A top official said the expansion of the Avida brand in Cebu was buoyed by the success of its first condominium project, Avida Towers Cebu, which has 1,045 units and was launched in 2010.
Real estate conglomerate Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has integrated its two major developments in Cebu — the Cebu Business Park (CBP) and the Cebu IT Park (formerly the Asiatown IT Park) — into one brand, now known as the Cebu Park District.
